How WeSay.com Works
Size requirements:
Maximum file size is 5MB. Mimimum file size is 700 pixels.
Accepted formats:
JPG, GIF or PNG. Limited to 15 photos per set.
Here at WeSay, our mission is to give you the opportunity to document your life and times for the world to see. We want photos of all the interesting people you see, the beautiful landscapes that surround you, the animals that you have befriended, performances and concerts you have experienced... The list is endless. Give us your sports events, your wild weather, your celebrity sightings. Show the whole world snapshots of your life.
1. Current events:
WeSay is a photojournalism site where your life is the news. In the world of citizen journalism, news can quickly become old news. Try to submit photos of current or recent events.
2. Unaltered photos:
Photos that have not been digitally enhanced. (Minor corrections to color, sharpness, etc. are okay.)
3. Your best photos:
Don't just send us anything. Edit your photos and submit the best 5-10 photos from each shoot. WeSay is not a photo storage site.
1. Digitally altered:
Do not remove, duplicate, fake or superimpose anything in photos you submit. (Minor corrections to color, sharpness, etc. are okay.)
2. Photos you did not take:
Do not submit downloaded, scanned or stolen images.
3. Date stamps, water markings, photo borders:
We will remove photos with digitally added words, letters, logos, numbers, borders or anything else if we see fit. Crop it out if you have to.
4. Still life:
An apple, a leaf, a shoe, whatever. This just isn't our thing.
5. Self portraits, or portraits of your family members and friends:
This includes pretty much anyone staring directly at your camera, particularly you or any part of yourself.
6. Un-rotated images:
Please don't make us tilt our heads to see the photo you submitted.
7. Nudity or vulgarity:
You know who you are. Don't send it to us.
