A yellow FORD TX3 plunged from the third-floor of a parking garage and landed on an escalator at Kota Bharu Mall in Kelantan, Malaysia, killing two and injuring two others including the driver of the car. Police investigations revealed the weak structure of the retaining wall caused the car to plunge from the third-floor after crashing into it. The wall was built with bricks, without any reinforcement.
