A crippling blizzard hit the Washington, D.C. area February 5-6, 2010, with many areas getting more than two feet of snow. These pictures were taken in Silver Spring, Maryland, a few blocks away from the D.C. line. Some residents strapped on skis to get around town. Silver Spring, MD, USA - 02/06/2010
