Frame of Shame

A shocking volume of garbages
Don't steal images! A shocking volume of garbages
This Frame of Shame comes from WeSay member Nena Bejar, who found this problem in Lapu Lapu Highway, Barangay Longos, Malabon City, Philippines.

" Various deadly diseases pose health risk to the public who will ever pass by along the highway in between the two cities while a gigantic volume of uncollected garbages is still expose in those areas. Those shocking amass of garbages are build up along Lapu-Lapu Highway amidst a muddy and deteriorating creek in Martiniko Street at the boundaries of Barangay Bangkulasi in Navotas City and Barangay Longos in Malabon City. Those trashes are believed to be deliberately dumped by the garbage truck collectors and several undisciplinary residents living nearby those areas. "
